Payments
Project pricing, payment schedule, taxes, and expenses will be set out in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, unpaid fees may delay delivery or transfer of final assets.
Intellectual Property
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Jiba Maps retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, templates, drafts, source files, and reusable know-how. Upon full payment, you receive the usage rights described in the applicable project agreement for final deliverables.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy materials in violation of applicable rights, or use the website for unlawful or harmful activity.
